Initially
PriceWaterhouseCoopers were concerned with the term work
life balance' so Life by Design® used Self-Leadership,
the new term for work life balance. But once they
experienced our work life balance approach with it's practical,
and tangible with a bottom line effect, they were happy
to use our original work life balance terminology.
Life by Design® has now run a program called 'Your
Personal Balance Sheet' for new partners for the last
few years. We have also run career development and retention
programs targeted at graduates who have been with PriceWaterhouseCoopers
for around the five years mark.
