Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard, as well as cheques and money orders in Australian Dollars only. Payment must be made in full before product is released.

Privacy Policy
Financial information and contact information is purely for the administrative purposes of Life by Design® to facilitate orders and deliveries. No third parties will have access to such information. Life by Design® may from time to time use email to alert customers (and other visitors and referrers to the site whose addresses are made to us) to various promotional offers.

Delivery Time Frame
Where physical stock is available from our warehouse, orders hopefully will be processed and shipped within 7 days. Overseas orders are fulfilled by Australia Post economy airmail, which typically takes around 14 days to most parts of the world in non-peak seasons. Domestic orders are sent via Australia Post normal mail, and will be delivered within 5 days anywhere in Australia.

Refund Policy
In the case of goods arriving in a certifiably damaged condition (with corroboration from recipients' postal authority), an exchange will be offered once the damaged stock is returned. Such cases must be reported in writing (via email) within 7 days of receipt.
