It helps ensure that you have a revitalised clarity moving forward and are making the most of what life has to offer you. It’s a bit like having an insurance policy for having no regrets. After all, you could spend your life doing many different things – but what is truly the best way of living your life by design and not by default?

Self coaching and knowing the right questions to answer is the secret to a life by design.

In today’s hectic society, you may feel that you’d like more control over your life. Let’s face it, most people do. Answering the right questions will help you feel more in charge and it will assist you to make more informed decisions and inspiring choices about your future.

This quick-start, self coaching question audit is for you if you want to:
