Top 10 Strategies to Your Life Success

Personal life success and happiness are very much determined by how much you can self-lead, how well you can self-manage your own life.  So what are some strategies to kick start your journey to life success?

The challenge is you need to be really clear on what it is you need to manage, what it is you need to control.  The problem is, most people know what they don’t want, fewer know what they really do want.

1. Understand That Clarity Creates Control

Life Success and happiness is very much determined by how well you can self-lead and self-manage your own life.  The key is getting clarity on what you are trying to manage. 2. Cultivate The ‘Attitude of Gratitude’ Habit

Success in life is about being as happy as possible. One of the main things affecting our level of happiness is our own self-assessed level of life success, purpose and meaning. In other words, our own level of self-appreciation and gratitude for what we already have! Every day appreciate three small things that have made the biggest difference in your life that day. 3. How You Spend Your Week = Your Life

How you live each hour, each day, each week, each year, usually translates to how you live your life. The quality of your life is in direct proportion to how you choose to spend your time. 7. Take Control Of Your Cash Flow & Personal Finances

8. Implement Productivity Strategies

The power of any idea is only in the implementation. Small things can make a big difference. If you want something to change, you have to change something.

  • Be more effective, set daily priorities & achieve more.
  • Experiment with no email before noon (except these ones – LOL!).
  • Do the most important things first.
  • Block out time units.
  • Say ‘No’ more often.
  • Invest 1% of your day (15 mins).

9. Have More Fun!

Create your top 5 fun list and proactively do 3 per week – simple! Mine are bike rides, reading in the hammock, walks on the beach with Marcy the wonder dog, movies and comedy and massages.

10. Exercise to Energise

The research proves it, you know it – but do you do it?! Boring I know, but very effective. A healthy body healthy = efficient, healthy mind.

I’m sure some of these strategies you know and already do. Some of them you know and don’t do or have forgotten to do… and some of them you may have no idea how to do.
