We have talked regularly about creating a self-responsible culture within organisations. We know that leaders are the catalyst to helping increase the productivity and performance of their teams. So doesn’t it make sense that self leadership starts with leaders, leading by example?
If leaders can experience the benefits of Employee Driven Engagement for themselves, then they will be able to see how well it will work for their people. Leaders will see the win-win and will be more likely to buy into the whole approach of creating a more self-responsible culture.
