Previously we have discussed how a leader can be a catalyst to helping employees become better engaged in leading by example, and first getting clarity on what motivates them as leaders. A leader who has clarity around what motivates them can drive their own personal engagement and is also more open to help others do the same. So how, as leaders, do we do this?
